WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Delivery methods will be asked on checkout.

UK Standard shipping : 2-4 working days

UK Express shipping : 1-2 working days 

International shipping 5-7 working days 

If items purchased are on 'pre order' shipping will not follow these guidelines. You will be able to receive updates on pre orders via our instagram, product descriptions, and email. This can range from weeks to months, so be sure to check!

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

All sales are final, we do not accept returns/refunds. However, if we reach an agreement to where a return is agreed, we will send you an address to where you will have to send it yourself.

WHEN ARE THE DROPS?

The drops do not have specific dates. But to stay up to date follow our socials @crescendo.uk and subscribing to our emails/SMS is the best way to stay up to date!
